Below are some policies for working with our clients, which help us provide the highest quality of service and ensure our ability to create highly personal products for you, our friends and clients. Please let us know if you have any questions about these policies before we get started on your next project.

Process

• Down Payment: A 50% deposit is required at the time of your order. Once payment is received we will order your supplies and begin the proof process.
• Wording: Please email your wording in a word document or within the body of an email.
• Electronic Proof: Your proof will be emailed to you within three business days after receiving your deposit.
• Finished Product: Your order will be completed three weeks after we receive your signed proof approval form. Please verify that we have received this form, as technology does not always cooperate.

• Orders must be placed in increments of 25.
• There will not be a refund if your quantity decreases after you have made your deposit.
• If your quantity increases after you have paid your deposit please allow additional time in the event that we need to order additional supplies.

• First three electronic proofs with changes: Free
• Each additional electronic proof: $10
• First printed proof: Free
• Each additional printed proof: $20

• All text and format changes must be emailed or faxed. Although we are happy to discuss changes over the phone, please email or fax your changes to avoid errors.

• Please allow 4-6 weeks for the completion of most wedding invitation orders.
• Orders will take approximately three weeks after your proof is approved.

• If orders are needed within 5-7 business days it is considered a rush order. You will be charged an additional 25% of your total.

• Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please notify us of any problems within ten days of receiving your order and we will do our best to correct the situation.

• There is no charge for providing customer-supplied artwork. If editing is required, it will be considered design time and will be billed at $75 per hour.

Below is a list of answers to commonly asked questions that we receive from our customers. If you do not find the answer to your question below, please feel free to contact customer service.

What is a proof?
A proof is a full color representation of the layout for your invitation and is sent as a PDF to your email or by fax. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this on your computer. Please note that once you have approved a proof for printing you are solely responsible for any spelling or information errors.

How long will it take to get a proof?
A proof will usually be emailed to you within 3-4 business days.

Do you offer samples of your products?
Yes, you may order samples at a cost of $10 each. Ordering a paper swatch kit is also recommended since monitors will show colors differently. Swatch kits are available at a cost of $10 each.

Can you make custom samples?
We can fulfill custom sample orders for $25 each. Please call to find out more about custom samples.

Can you design my invitation for me?
Yes! One of our highly talented designers can create a custom invitation design just for you. Please contact us for more information.

Is there a place I can go to see samples in person?
Yes, you can visit us for an on-site consultation with a designer to view sample invitations and paper swatches here at our studio. Please call 562-464-1651 to schedule an appointment.

How long will my appointment last?
Your appointment time is scheduled for one hour.

How long will it take for my invitations to ship?
Production time is approximately 3-4 weeks from a final signed off proof. We suggest getting started at least 2 months before you would like to mail your invitations to allow for product backorders and proofing time.

Can I request a rush on my order?
We can accommodate a 5-7 day rush order for an additional charge of 25% of your total. Certain printing processes or backorders on products may not allow for rush orders. Please check with customer service before attempting to place a rush order.

What printing methods do you offer?
We offer digital print, thermography, letterpress and foil stamping. Please contact us for more information on these special printing options.

Do you offer custom monograms?
Yes, you can request a custom monogram to be designed for a $35 fee. Once you have approved your monogram design it will be available to you to use for all aspects of your wedding.
